TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE, PLEASE EMAIL CONTACT@FRATER-ONLINE.COM TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION. FRATER ALLOWS EXCHANGES WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE ORDER DELIVERY DATE. ALL EXCHANGED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, AND UNWASHED WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. THE ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH ANY EXCHANGE. EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE, STYLE OR COLOR OF THE ORIGINAL STYLE ORDERED. EXCHANGE SHIPPING WILL BE PAID BY FRATER. ONLY ONE EXCHANGE SHIPMENT PER ORDER WILL BE COVERED BY FRATER. IF FRATER DETERMINES THAT ANY PRODUCTS ARE NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE GRANTED AND THE ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU. FRATER DOES NOT ACCEPT REFUND.
